E-invoicing in Estonia: what the law actually requires, and what it does not
Estonia has no general B2B e-invoicing mandate. Since 1 July 2025 a buyer registered as an e-invoice recipient can require one, and the seller must comply.
In practice
The control has to run before the invoice becomes irreversible.
An accepted structured invoice can be corrected but never deleted, and from the penalty date every defect has a price.
