Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of realbizdigital.net and the Barzel products. By using the site or a product, you agree to them. Where a signed agreement or product-specific order form exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for the service it covers.
1. Who we are
Real Biz Digital builds and operates the Barzel products, including BarzelVault, Barzel Central Gateway, Barzel FinOps Atlas, BarzelOps and Barzel Scripture Intelligence. Contact: info@realbizdigital.net.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the products to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, attempt unauthorised access to any system, interfere with service availability, circumvent usage limits or security controls, or resell access without our written agreement. You are responsible for the actions taken through your accounts and credentials, including actions taken by AI agents you configure.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service, other customers or you.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into a product. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure and support the service for you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use your data to train models for other customers.
5. Intellectual property
The products, the site, and their content — including the Barzel and Real Biz Digital names, software, documentation and published articles — remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership. You may quote and link to our published articles with attribution.
6. Third-party services
The products connect to systems you choose — model providers, MCP servers, internal APIs and other tools. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or behaviour.
7. AI outputs and your responsibility
Our products govern and execute actions initiated by AI systems. They are controls, not guarantees of correct behaviour: you decide which actions to permit, which require approval and which are prohibited. You remain responsible for the configuration you deploy and for the outcomes of actions your systems are permitted to take. Do not grant an agent capability whose consequences you are not prepared to accept.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the products available and improve them continuously, which means features change. We give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you rely on. Trials, betas and preview features are provided as-is and may change or end at any time.
9. Fees
Where a product is paid, the applicable fees, billing period and renewal terms are those set out in your order form or the product’s published terms at the time of purchase. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
12. Governing terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any signed agreement or order form, are the entire agreement between us regarding the services they cover.
