1. Information we collect

We collect only what a specific purpose requires:

• Information you give us. Name, email address, company and message content when you use our contact form or email us directly.
• Product account information. Where you use a Barzel product, the account and configuration data needed to operate it for you.
• Technical and usage data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and referring source.

We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not ask for information we have no use for.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide and support the products you use, to keep those products secure and reliable, to understand which content is useful, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

3. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing a product you have signed up for), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing our systems, improving our content), consent (where you have opted in, for example to non-essential analytics or a mailing list), and legal obligation.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential functionality may be affected. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

5. Sharing and processors

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing where applicable — under contracts that limit them to our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

6. International transfers

We operate globally, and our providers may process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship; product data for the life of the account and a limited period afterwards; and financial records for the period tax law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access control on internal systems, least-privilege credentials and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@realbizdigital.net. We respond within the timeframe the applicable law sets, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

10. Children

Our products are built for organisations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make the change visible on the site.
