Before you write
What can I ask about?
Technical questions about any of the five Barzel servers, security and procurement review, whether a workflow you have in mind is a fit, and pricing beyond what the marketplace listings state. If your question is really a documentation question, the developer docs will usually answer it faster than we will.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two business days for general enquiries. Security reports to security@realbizdigital.net are acknowledged within two business days as a stated commitment, not a target — see the security page for the full disclosure policy.
Do you do consulting or custom development?
No. Real Biz Digital is a product company: we build and publish the Barzel servers and sell them on the MCPize marketplace. We are happy to advise on whether a product fits your case, but we do not take services engagements.
Can I try something before talking to anyone?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Barzel Scripture Intelligence is free with no signup, and Central Gateway, FinOps Atlas and BarzelOps all have free tiers on their listings. Arriving with a specific question beats arriving with a general one.
Do you have customer references?
We publish none, because we will not name a company as a customer without a signed reference agreement. Ask on the first call and we will either arrange one or say plainly that we cannot yet — both answers are available immediately.
Where do I report a security issue?
security@realbizdigital.net, with reproduction steps. We will not pursue legal action for good-faith research within the scope stated on the security page, and we credit reporters who want credit.
